Please note... on the rare occasion that damaged goods have been delivered, please refuse to sign the delivery note and ensure that you write on the driver's notes that goods were too badly damaged to accept. 

If you do accept goods that have been damaged, please ensure that you write this on the delivery notes and take pictures immediately and notify us so that we can arrange for a claim.
